Reynard Agencies was established in 1984 when founder Les Reynard took over the management of the complex in which he lived — a scheme we are proud to still manage today.

From these beginnings, the company has grown into a trusted property management firm, now managing over 80 Bodies Corporate with a dedicated team of 15 professionals.

 

Built on a foundation of integrity, education, and hands-on service, Reynard Agencies quickly became a respected name in the industry. Les played an active role in the Sectional Title Association of Port Elizabeth from 1985, contributing to the education of property owners and trustees, and publishing over 50 articles on Sectional Title living. His commitment to professional standards and continuous learning helped shape the company’s reputation for reliability and expertise.


That foundation now drives a new chapter.

Today, Reynard Agencies is led by Hilda Reynard, who brings over 17 years of experience across the property industry, including Sectional Title management, rentals, commercial property, debt collection, and portfolio management. Having worked both within Reynard Agencies and at a large, established Johannesburg property management firm, she combines deep-rooted knowledge of the business with broad industry exposure and a modern, solutions-driven approach.

 

Under Hilda’s leadership, the company continues to evolve — maintaining its strong personal service while embracing efficiency, accountability, and forward-thinking management practices. Her hands-on involvement and commitment to both clients and team ensure that every scheme is managed with care, precision, and professionalism.

 

While founders Les and Heather Reynard have stepped into retirement after nearly four decades of dedication, their legacy remains firmly embedded in the company’s values. The culture they built — one of trust, support, and genuine client relationships — continues to guide every aspect of the business.
